Linda O'leary
Hello, I'm Linda O'Leary. I'm excited to meet you soon. Together, we'll start working on your therapy goals and take the first steps in your progress. I am passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety and depression disorders related to pregnancy, postpartum and parenting; looking to improve self-esteem, those who are neurodivergent, experiencing life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to form, work on and accomplish their goals. I believe goals need to be realistic, specific, measurable, and that you have to celebrate your wins. I strive to meet each patient where they are. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. In our first session, we will get to know each other and decide if we're a good fit. We will review your background and history as well as current struggles and symptoms. As well as talking about your goals and objectives, focusing on your priorities. I will ask you a lot of questions about your goals and objectives, and I hope you feel free to ask me questions, too!
