Linda Perry
Linda Perry is a kind, empathetic therapist with 20 years of experiencing working with young children to older adults. Her specialties include, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, and Grief. She is an active listener and a skilled communicator. If you are ready to invest in your mental health, Linda will be there to help you learn healthy coping strategies and help you navigate a path forward. She uses several therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy and Solution Based Therapy. She enjoys teaching her clients about different techniques they could utilize that would assist them in identifying and changing difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviors. When Linda is not working she enjoys, walking and hiking with her two doodle dogs, Hazel and Harley, spending time with her family, reading and swimming. She strongly believes in maintaining healthy self care activities and encourages her clients to develop and implement their own. Linda is committed to participating in as many trainings and certificate programs as she can while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
