Lindsay is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. She graduated from the University of Southern California with her doctorate in social work where she is focused on the impact of social isolation. Lindsay’s experience includes working with clients of all ages and has worked at a women’s homeless shelter, K-8 schools, and a community-based agency. Additionally, she volunteered providing crisis counseling on a text-based platform. Before Lindsay’s social work career, she served 20 years in the United States Air Force. Lindsay is passionate about providing client-centered care to both children and adults. She views her clients holistically, identifies their strengths, and develops personalized treatments to meet their individual needs. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), and mindfulness-based techniques, Lindsay enjoys empowering her clients in their wellness journeys. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son and three dogs (Lady, Leroy, and Bart). Additionally, she enjoys reading, watching sports (Go Bills and Go Sabres!), exercising, and discovering new places to eat.
