If you want to feel more ease, enjoyment, and contentment in your life, you are not alone. You may be going through a life transition or loss, experiencing anxiety, or feeling low without even knowing why. Perhaps you feel you have coped and managed for so long, yet lately the familiar tools are no longer working. Together we can sort through and understand what has brought you to this place and build upon the strengths you already have to find your innate resilience. I believe each of us has a natural drive towards health and wholeness, though you may need help tuning in to your body to change patterns that no longer serve you. I utilize somatic therapy to effect change in the nervous system, as science shows us more and more that "the body keeps the score" (Bessel van der Kolk).
