Hi! I'm Lindsey a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. My experience focuses on adolescents and adults struggling with body image, social anxiety, and depression. Clients will work with me to discover ways to cope with these struggles and identify underlying beliefs about themselves and the world. My passion for providing evidence-based care has led me to spend the last decade in research and hospital settings learning and implementing effective therapeutic approaches.
