I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW) with MANY years of experience. I am here to assist you in your best journey. Life’s path is not without its bumps and small detours. There are common patterns, which affect most people. I share current research, for life tuning ease and mental wellness. Easy to incorporate, sustainable. My focus is from a systems perspective. How are “parts” of a marriage or individual integrating? I work alongside adolescents, adults and couples. I want us to discuss and agree what the diagnosis is, progress and what you are willing to do between sessions to practice wellness. I look forward to making a shared plan for change. Showing you how to have awareness of your somatic responses I offer you a non-judgmental space to discuss your thoughts, expand on your hopes and dreams and to identify any challenges you are facing. We will raise awareness of your strengths and discover how to best use them to move toward a life centered in clarity. I have an intimate witness role, which works for you, through the time you confidently grow to independence of therapy. Consciously build and use your own medicine bag.
