Lora Larcomb
I have a desire to help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges in everyday life. Whether you may be struggling with conflict in marriage, parent-child relationships, or individual struggles such as: anxiety, depression, major life transitions, spiritual issues, addiction, grief, or trauma, I would love the opportunity to come along side you to assist you navigating through these difficult times. I have been counseling in various capacities for over 10 years, and as a wife, mom of three teenage boys, and military veteran and spouse, I also bring a vast amount of life experience to the table. My approach to therapy is eclectic as I do not believe there is a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I tailor a unique approach dependent on each client utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavior therapy, attachment therapy, solution-focused therapy and others. For families, I incorporate elements of Bowenian and Strategic therapy. I strive to develop a genuine relationship with my clients and believe this is important for success in the therapy process. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have about the next step in the healing process.
