I provide a comfortable space that is shame and judgment free so that we can work together to process complex emotions and better understand any patterns that are getting in the way of you being the person you want to be. I genuinely believe that you possess the strengths and abilities to build a life guided by your deepest values no matter what you are struggling with, and you don't have to do it alone. I utilize several different treatment approaches including ACT, CBT, and DBT with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion practices. I have a decade of experience in the mental health field and have provided therapeutic care in a variety of settings such as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community mental health agencies, women's shelters, and mental health startup companies.
