To me, therapy is about helping you become the best version of yourself—someone who feels balanced, empowered, and worthy of a fulfilling life. With over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, I bring both a Master of Social Work degree and a deep understanding of how to support meaningful change. Together, we’ll challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, prioritize self-care, and build the tools you need to thrive. I provide individual therapy for adults through a telehealth format that makes accessing care convenient and comfortable. Since no two people are the same, I tailor my approach using evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. Sessions are flexible, evolving to meet your unique needs as we work toward your goals. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring what’s holding you back. Through honesty, compassion, and encouragement, I will help you identify patterns that no longer serve you and help you figure out how to replace them with healthy, effective strategies. Together, we’ll chart a path toward the life you want and deserve.
