Being in the helping profession has given me the opportunity to touch and transform the lives of others in special ways. During my time working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, life has given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life facing different issues. I am a graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University were I completed a Master of Science in Psychology and earned a Certificate in Psychological Services for Spanish Speaking Populations in 2013. My areas of specialty are: PTSD & Trauma, Relationship Issues, Grief, Anxiety, Women Issues, and Men Issues. I am a trained EMDR & CPT Bilingual Therapist. I draw from different modalities to help my clients find healing. I am a trained EMDR therapist, Cognitive Processing Therapy trained, CBT Model, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strenghts Based approach to therapy. My main goal is to ensure my clients get the most out of the counseling process by proving a safe, non-judgemental, and comfortable environment. I walk side by side with my clients on their healing process. I like to instill hope and a positive atmosphere on the work I do with each and every single one of my clients.
