Marieniva Eugene
Hi my name is Marieniva, but you can call me Niva. I have been providing counseling services to a diverse body of clients for 7yrs. I am a LCSW who has a lot of experience working with people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and family issues to name a few. I've served on many Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) committees, which has exposed and equipped me with the knowledge to work with clients from a variety of different cultures. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities to customize a treatment plan unique to each individual. The foundation of the counseling services I provide stems from building rapport and a trusting relationship with my clients. I am all about meeting the clients where they’re at and empowering my clients to be active participants in their own treatment plan. I am a light hearted person, who believes laughter is therapeutic. I tend to take a holistic approach when it comes to therapeutic interventions. I challenge my clients, but in a warm and supportive way. I like to create a client centered environment that is open and inviting.
