Good Day! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW ) based in Texas but also seeing online clients from Illinois. I received my Masters (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago and have been practicing for 6 years. I see adolescents, teens, and individual adults struggling with anxiety, depression and grief. I will help you understand the neuroscience behind your feelings and introducing holistic practices that address the symptoms. My goal is to create an environment that is non judgmental and accepting so you can feel comfortable and free to open your heart and be honest when speaking with me. Given time, we will get to know each other in an open, trusting relationship. We'll work together to address your symptoms by making small changes to your lifestyle and experiences. These evidenced-based changes have proven to rewire the brain and positively regulate those symptoms that have affected your daily life. During our session, I like to think of myself as your guide on the side and not the sage on the stage. That means you are in charge of your goals from establishment, assessment to completion. I'm there to give you support and most importantly listen to your needs. I believe my client's are the reason for getting better.
