I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I have a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Barry University. For the past seven years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities enhance their well-being and overall functioning. Feeling stuck might manifest as being overwhelmed, experiencing depression or anxiety, encountering repeated obstacles in relationships or careers, or simply feeling unfulfilled. Recognizing these feelings is the first step toward seeking help and making positive changes. My role as a social worker is to help you identify the specific issues causing you to feel stuck. Through empathetic listening and comprehensive assessment, we can pinpoint the root causes of your difficulties, whether they stem from past experiences, current stressors, or underlying mental health conditions. Once we understand the issues, we can work together to develop a range of skills and tools to help you manage these situations.
