Marlin Wolf
Dr. Marlin "Chris" Wolf grew up in central Pennsylvania. The purpose of his life has been to help people change to make their lives more meaningful. He is a board-certified Clinical Psychologist and postdoctoral trained Neuropsychologist. He has worked with active-duty soldiers returning from combat, patients rehabilitating from injuries, veterans, and many other populations. Helping people to become "unstuck" is a primary focus of therapy with Dr. Wolf. He is a proponent of behavioral medicine approaches such as mindfulness meditation, relaxation training, physical exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused counseling, and lifestyle modifications. In addition, he works exclusively online, so it is easier for clients to schedule appointments. Dr. Wolf believes that it is important for clients to walk away from sessions having been heard and with tools that will help them improve their lives and reduce their pain. Since change most often occurs outside of the therapy session, Dr. Wolf is dedicated to providing his clients with meaningful tools for change.
