I have been practicing professionally for over seven years. I have worked in a vast array of settings, from psychiatric hospitals to group practice. I stand out in my ability to integrate tenderness, humor and challenge into my practice. My number one value as a clinician is to live and breathe outside of sessions what I display in my sessions. My approach is holistic. I seek to spend as much time as needed getting to know the intricacies of you, in order to best inform what clinical modalities I will integrate into our time together. I also believe in leading by example. I believe if you can witness an example of someone living in their vulnerability, seeking aliveness and richness alongside you, it makes the path to healing much more approachable and real. A feeling of empowerment, hope, possibility, options. My desire is for clients to leave with a sense of another human being really sat in my experience with me, vulnerably, honestly, and genuinely.
