Martha is a licensed professional counselor, Black Latine, mother of five, and doctoral candidate. She has 10+ years of experience in child welfare casework and currently provides clinical consultation defending families with the Office of Respondent Parent Counsel. Martha spent nearly 4 years as an enhanced mental health clinician at North Range Behavioral Health’s crisis center and now maintains a strong private practice. Martha has a strong passion for cultural competence and social justice. Mosaic Muse LLC is a client-focused and healing-oriented private counseling practice that provides a spectrum of counseling modality options including Gestalt, DBT, CBT, solution-focused, grief support, secondary trauma, and race-based traumatic stress injury and regularly advocates for equitable access to quality counseling services.
