With nearly 10 years of personal experience in meditation and introspection, I have seen the transformative power of this work and am passionate about helping others find inner peace and strength. I have trainings in Mindfulness, Breathwork, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, LGBTQ+ issues, and Gender Affirmative Therapy.
