I am a graduate of Bellevue University with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and a veteran who served in the United States Army. I have over 17 years of experience helping people mitigate life’s challenges. I understand pain trauma, hardship, broken homes, and broken relationships. I use a diverse approach based on each client’s individual needs. We will work through your issues until we find a resolve. Overall, I possess working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family. My treatment approach includes Existential Therapy, Client-Centered, Trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, person-centered as well as utilizing techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
