Michelle Blair
Reaching out and being able to talk to someone can be difficult. I'm here to help you feel safe, heard, give understanding, and guide you with any issue you feel needs to be addressed. I have been a therapist for 10 years and provided addiction counseling along with a variety of levels of mental health issues. I am also available to just listen, bounce idea's off of along with help process any life issues that require you to just talk it out or problem solve. I have worked with active duty service members on base around suicide prevention and specialize in depression and anxiety symptoms. I have weekends and evening available along with some day time availability on federal holiday for sessions. I graduated in 2015 with a Masters in Clinical Social work from Walla Walla University with a focus in adolescent mental health and addictions. I have worked in many settings from therapeutic group homes, residential facilities, mental health inpatient hospitals, and high school therapy. I work with adult and adolescent clients with a focus on individual therapy, couple/relationship/friendship counseling with a focus on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, solution focused, along with talk and process therapies. I am also licensed in addictions (substances, gambling, video games, sex) for which is my specialty. I can help you find alternatives to reasons behind your use, how to manage your addictions, using your strengths and motivations to change. I am here as your guide to a better you or just to get you feeling some relief.
