My area of expertise is Cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that if you can help a person identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, you can help them change their life. The therapeutic experience I provide is in a safe and supportive space that allows all of my clients to explore and process their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or rejection.
