Greetings! I am Dr. Natalia David, Clinical Health Psychologist and board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist. My practice, Mind Body Sleep, LLC, is a health-focused, integrative, evidence-based, and whole-person-centered psychotherapy practice that aims to improve overall physical and mental health well-being. My practice focuses on helping patients manage and cope with physical health issues, sleep issues, and the psychological, emotional, and relational distress that often accompanies these difficulties. I offer an Insomnia treatment program and individual psychotherapy that is tailored to meet each person's individual needs. I strive to be a warm and compassionate ally in your therapeutic journey.
