Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, need career or corporate counseling, or need family/couples counseling, I am here to be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat yourself and the people in your life. I believe that having someone that you trust and are able to talk to is an important part of living a healthy life. With this thought in mind, I welcome new clients and introduce them to the process of psychotherapy. Once the intake is complete and treatment goals have been identified, I let the client guide each session based on what is most concerning for them. I believe meeting clients where they are is important and helps build rapport for a successful therapeutic relationship. We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. This could affect our relationships with others too. Therapy can support you and repair the relationships you have.
