A solution-oriented, open-minded, inclusive Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who relies on evidence based, empirical and holistic approach in treatment of my patients' presenting symptoms. Armed with excellent listening and communication skills, with the understanding that every patient is different and requires individually tailored approach, my focus is on providing a holistic care appropriate to the age groups of patients regularly served. I utilize holistic as well as empathic therapeutic approaches to mental health care of my patients while realizing that both physical and mental aspects of their beings have to be in harmony for the patient to achieve the optimal set out goals. Clients expect to walk away being prescribed up to date psychiatric medications. Education will be provided patients, families and caregivers providing them with tools necessary to help patients achieve and maintain optimal psychiatric and mental health. Follow up care will be provided to ensure continuation of care with regards to medication compliance as well as discussing ongoing treatment plans.
