I have seen this show up in many ways throughout my work with individuals struggling with OCD, depression, disordered eating and anxiety. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, offering tailored support and evidence-based interventions such as exposure response prevention (ERP), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
