Nicole Giles
I’ve been married for over 20 years and have 2 wonderful children: 16- year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. Prior to having children, I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2001. I started my career by working with children and families who were impacted by poverty, mental health, substance abuse, and other psychosocial stressors. In 2015, I continued my career in social work and currently serve clients in a residential setting who are struggling with substance abuse, mental health, and PTSD. I’m trained and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression, Insomnia, Suicide Prevention as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD. Are you having negative thoughts and feeling consumed with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or loss? Are you ready to move forward and are you tired of existing versus living a healthy productive life? Are you ready to process together and put in the work and effort you deserve in order to discover a new way of thinking? If so, I’m the Clinician that’s here to help you.
