I have worked successfully with women in helping them build healthier and more balanced relationships in their personal and working life. Psychotherapy is a personal journey and therefore, I tailor treatment to meet the needs of each client and her specific culture, life history, personality, challenges, and goals. I rely a lot on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice but I firmly believe that a good relationship between client and therapist that is key.
