You are probably reading this because you are experiencing some form of difficulty in your life, may it be loss or grief, postpartum concerns, trauma, relationship difficulties or a general sense of low mood and anxiety, perhaps not even knowing why? Know that you are not alone. I know that there is no one therapy or model that fits all. My approach to therapy is rooted in a belief that change is possible. My experience is multi-disciplinary and encompasses several different strategies. Some areas of my specialization include the underlying issues of anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, low self-esteem, career issues, trauma, and personality disorders. I draw from evidence-based, patient-centered modalities to help you process challenging or traumatic experiences, re-frame unhelpful beliefs, and foster resilience.
