Integrating Reality Therapy, DBT, with mind-body-spirit approaches, including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and NADA Accudetox. I am passionate about educating and helping individuals confidently navigate life changes through understanding the importance of quality of life. My current and past clients have described me as genuinely caring and a great listener. My communication style is straightforward yet compassionate. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts & feelings is of utmost importance to me. Offering online and in-person treatment options for adolescents and adults in individual and group therapy sessions, providing comprehensive mental health that meets you where you are in your journey.
