I understand that change can be difficult, so it's important to move at a pace that you feel comfortable with and to avoid feeling overwhelmed. I'm guessing that in many areas of your life you are functioning quite well, even thriving. On the other hand you may be simultaneously experiencing a lack of fulfillment and a feeling of emptiness in another area(s) of your life. Symptoms of this may be anxiety, mood problems (including depression), unhealthy behaviors, and problems in relationships. You can choose the pain of stagnation or the discomfort of growth. If you choose growth, you will experience greater joy, peace, connectedness, and purpose. My purpose is to facilitate your growth, and therapy is a powerful tool for your transformation. My approach is multifaceted. I may employ different modalities depending on what is helpful and effective. Your growth and happiness are the goal, however you define it. What's most important to me is that you feel understood.
