She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University where she earned her BSN. Her extensive 16 years of Nursing experience in various medical/mental health facilities and organizations fueled her passion for the care of patients struggling with social stigma from mental disorders and led her to earn her Master’s degree at Walden University to become a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
