Dr. Wilson is a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, and depression. He also specializes in mindful meditation and offers both meditation and health coaching. Dr. Wilson is trained in a number of evidence-based psychotherapies for depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Before going into private practice, Dr. Wilson served as a clinical psychologist in the Department of Veterans Affairs for 12 years. When dealing with something as complex as human behavior, I believe that the most effective approach is one that is evidence-based, yet also flexible.
