Therapy is meant to be a connection between the therapist and the client. Your therapy will be about you as you are the author of your story, and I will help you along the way. My areas of specialty include Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma (psychological, physical, sexual, military, religious, and generational). I offer EMDR services and trauma-informed care including trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Are you exhausted, sad, lonely, anxious, or overwhelmed? Is it hard to get out of bed? Sick of it all? Life is tough and it can be difficult to get through the hard days. The bad choices we made and continue to make have been guided by our thought processes while wounded. Wounds can be healed.
