Hello, I am so glad you're here! I've had the privilege of working with many clients over the past 5 years from many different backgrounds. You can expect a non judgmental, safe, sometimes goofy, and caring environment in your sessions with me. I believe all of my clients are the experts of their own lives and are capable of so very much. I seek to help my clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, meet their goals, and develop more peace both internally and externally. I approach therapy from a Person Centered approach utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I do my best to create a safe and warm environment that allows my clients to explore feelings, patterns, themes, thoughts, and more. I also try to make it as enjoyable of an experience as possible while still encouraging the hard reflections when necessary. I believe that clients can expect to take points of reflection away from sessions with me. I can't do the work for my client but I can be there every step of the way to help them make the changes they hope to make. I believe increased self awareness is step one to any lasting changes and I hope my clients can take an increase in awareness away from each session.
