I am here to help you. I believe therapy can change people's lives because therapy changed my life 30 years ago. I started working in the field of therapy 20 years ago as a Social Worker in Substance Use. I continued my work as a LPC working in a treatment center for drugs and alcohol doing therapy on the people who had addictions and the people that love someone with an addiction. Over the last 15 years I have gained experience in all the issues and Diagnosis that come with this population. I help people overcome addictions, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma. My specialty is addressing sexual, emotional and physical abuse that is past abuse or current abuse and the PTSD caused by abuse.
People need a safe environment that is conducive to healing. I will meet you where you are to help move you in a direction to change. My direct and honest approach, with acceptance and care provide a safe place for my clients to heal. I work with the client in a collaborative effort to change their lives.
