I am a Licensed Clinical Abuse Specialist with experience working with adolescents and adults using a variety of theoretical perspectives in individual and group sessions. My approach to therapy starts with learning about how the individual has come to experience the world. My approach is open-minded, empowering and energetic I know that making the decision to seek therapy can be difficult and scary for some. My goal is to help alleviate that fear by providing an open-minded, genuine and safe environment that allow for comfort throughout the therapeutic process.
