Ricky Cullen
I am a Native Floridian who provides individual and couples therapy to persons age 17 - 90 who struggle with mental health issues, including anxiety, addiction, mood disorders (e.g. Depression, Bipolar), and thought disorders (e.g. Schizophrenia). Cullen uses a modern, multidisciplinary approach that assures every client the absolute best evidence-based treatment options currently available, including CBT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing, and more, all being influenced and steered by use of mindfulness, and increasing self awareness. All individual sessions are engaged in via interaction, and constant probing, as the client works toward self-empowerment. Clients can expect to leave treatment having learned more about themselves, as well as the world around them. They will have learned tools - methods - to cope with elevated symptoms of anxiety and depression and to have become more self-empowered, and independent.
