In 2009, Dr. Gollman graduated with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and then a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2020. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Dr. Gollman has had the opportunity to work at community mental health agencies and hospitals. Fortunately, Dr. Gollman has worked with individuals during the most vulnerable times in their lives and trusted to assist them in seeing the light during their most darkest times. Though situations may appear complex, Dr. Gollman provides evidenced-based treatments for an array of symptoms; inclusive but not limited to depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, appetite issues, transitions of life, chronic pain, and bereavement. Dr. Gollman often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, or Motivational strategies to assist individuals through the stages of change. With support, empowerment, and a strong therapeutic alliance; the insurmountable challenges perceived may be lessened.
