I am well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (for trauma), thought field therapy, acupressure for emotional release, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy. In addition to traditional therapy, I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Energy Psychology, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). Sessions typically include identifying the client's problematic areas. Developing a treatment plan and assisting the client with executing the plan while managing life issues.
