I became a therapist because therapy helped me. I used to be a very stressed and anxious perfectionist, but therapy has helped me let go of anxiety and find more joy. Now I help other anxious professionals learn practical tools and techniques to manage their anxiety and start enjoying their lives again. I follow a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. This means that I'll teach you how to identify the thoughts and beliefs that create anxiety or insomnia, and I'll show you how to challenge your ideas to improve your mood. I tend to talk a lot and love teaching clients how to feel better on their own. You'll feel less anxious and have the tools to manage your mood with less support.
