Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working as therapist and trauma specialist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression,trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, with a special focus in adoption and foster care issues. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is warm and interactive, a safe place to be. My approach to therapy is first and foremost, to work with a client considering them as a person of great worth. We are all greatly affected by both the environments we find ourselves in, the situations and people that we encounter, and the places and families that we come from. I work with a very solution focused and trauma informed . My goal is to join clients in their journey, and work with them in establishing and meeting goals toward health and wholeness once again. Clients can expect to feel they are empowered to be a part of the therapeutic process. They can expect to be treated with respect and empathy, in a non-judgmental setting, they can expect to be listened to and come away with tools and skills to help meet their needs.
