My biggest strength is making connections with people and helping them feel heard, respected and not judged, no matter what we are discussing. I employ a warm and direct approach while using humor to help make therapy helpful and enjoyable at the same time. I use collaborative and evidenced-based approaches to counseling including Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT therapeutic techniques to address a variety of life circumstances. Working together, we can measurably improve your depression/anxiety, self-esteem, relationships struggles, grief and loss difficulties, unhelpful behaviors, or life stage changes.
