Through a mixture of therapy approaches including but not limited to: CBT; Client-Centered; Trauma-informed and DBT, I believe that I can help you to discover traumas & limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and move you to a place of self-acceptance, healing, action, and empowerment. I became a therapist because I believe that each of us have the inner wisdom and insight to overcome life's obstacles, and that we each deserve to be supported, challenged & respected at times that we lose our way.
