Emotions can feel like they spiral or swing so rapidly that it can feel difficult to find stable ground, let alone direction for our lives. Working with adults and seniors over the past 15 years, in inpatient settings, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual therapy, I am an empathetic ear and a believer that growth and change are always possible, no matter how lost we may feel.
