I love working with individuals struggling with anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, and eating disorders as I know these can be easily overlooked and I hope to provide a space of understanding for those working through it. I teach specific tools for change using the Unified Protocol for the Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Nightmares, Cognitive Processing Therapy, or mindfulness-based and self-compassion interventions. I want you to leave feeling that you've been heard, feeling safe, being able to use specific tools for interacting with your emotions in new ways, and seeing some hope for the future.
