My passion is helping teens and adults recognize their strengths and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities while learning positive coping skills. I strive to create a warm, nurturing, nonjudgmental space that is inclusive and collaborative, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Using evidence-based approaches, as well as humor and compassion, my goal is to work in partnership with you to help you navigate life's challenges. I believe in the power of the present moment and the mind-body connection to bring clarity and harmony to the mind, and I integrate this philosophy into our sessions to help you build a sense of safety, openness, and resilience.
