My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the needs of each individual specifically. I believe that although, medication management is a helpful tool in some cases of treating symptoms, it is not the only method in helping you improve your mental health. Therefore, I lead primarily with a treatment philosophy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on the way you think, that interacts with your behavior, a person-centered approach and an Evidence Based Approach to wellness. I seek to encourage wellness through developmental, preventative, and wellness-enhancing interventions. I also believe in teaching my clients skills that will allow them to make and maintain lasting changes to their lifestyle. I provide a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable in sharing their experiences, not feeling judged and building a trusting relationship with me in their own time.
