Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from Bellevue University in 2020. My professional experience includes 5 years of Case Management for adults who have been diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness, as well as 3 years experience as a therapist at an outpatient clinic. My areas of specialty include treating anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar, and OCD. My approach to therapy tends to be more here and now, rather than delving into the past. I typically use a combination of CBT, IFS, Mindfulness techniques, and guided meditation as well as additional clinically proven techniques, depending on the Client's needs an preferences. Over the course therapy, Clients can expect to develop healthier thinking patterns, a more positive outlook, and greater confidence in their ability to face and overcome life's challenges.
