If you have been experiencing mental health issues, know you are not alone. Life can be somewhat challenging and in those moments, there is hope. We all experience sadness, anxiety, and feeling unsure and overwhelmed with life. Like many things in life, sometimes what is temporary seems it will last forever. It is in those times, I am there to support clients through that uncertainty and assist in the development of a well adjusted and healthier perspective. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I both love and respect the discipline of counseling. I have worked in pretty much every setting you can think of, from prisons to schools to private practice, which has ultimately allowed me to develop a wide range of therapeutic tools to serve clients of many different backgrounds and ages. Areas I am particularly passionate about include substance abuse, working with adults and teenagers, and processing trauma. My goal is to create an atmosphere of trust where individuals feel supported and secure, to build confidence in their ability to change and grow.
