I am a Texas native, graduating from Texas State University as well as Texas A&M University- San Antonio. I've been a licensed therapist since 2018. I have experience working in private practice, behavioral hospitals, non-profit organizations and military installations. I have provided counseling services to all populations from ages 5 to 95. I have a passion for helping my clients discover their power to change. I am committed to helping them discover their emotional wellness. Each person is unique and presents with different needs and concerns; therefore, there isn’t a specific counseling approach that will work for each individual. I practice with different approaches that will be utilized and possibly integrated in order to accommodate your specific situation. I specialize in managing anxiety, anger, depression and grief. In order for you to benefit from the counseling process, it will require both of us working together to meet your needs. We will begin by identifying and developing short and long term goals. Each session will review progress made toward those goals, assess and address symptoms and focus on immediate objectives. Together, we work toward accomplishing those goals and achieving your mental wellness.
