Tania Molinar Castillo
I'm a Bilingual and Bicultural therapist (Mexican-American) whose mission is to help people understand the root of their struggles and make changes in their lives that last. My passion is supporting BIPOC individuals and women to receive down-to-earth, accessible, and culturally informed therapy. I have a certification in perinatal mental health and love working with pregnant and post-partum people as they navigate the ebbs and flows of these stages. I take a structured but laid-back approach to therapy. This means I’ll work with you through every step—whether it’s setting your goals, figuring out how we’ll reach them, or discussing any bumps along the way. I like to keep communication open so you will know how our sessions are connected to your goals. I enjoy helping people tackle past trauma, manage their emotions, handle life changes, and build a better relationship with themselves. Whether you're new to therapy or have been in it for a while, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling truly understood, clearer about your thoughts, and proud of your progress. I’d love to hear from you if this sounds like what you’re looking for. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey.
